Joan Hunter's book Love Again, Live Again discusses the role in God in relationships. She discusses the importance of putting God in your relationship because without him your relationship won't make information technology. Joan Hunter's book Love Again, Alive Once again discusses the role in God in relationships. She discusses the importance of putting God in your relationship because without him your relationship won't make it. I am not married or have a young man, just I withal found some helpful thoughts about friendships and how to have a not bad human relationship with people.

She states the main element in a successful matrimony is forgiveness. It seems easier then it is. If you were really hurt such as if your partner abused you information technology isn't and then easy to forgive them. My last young man pushed me into doing things I was comfortable with. Some other trouble with relationships is non listening and paying attention to what each other is using, how they stand and speak. To truly want to help another person you need to listen well.

In her book, she states, "Choose to stay sexually pure for that special person who is waiting for you lot. God is preparing their heart simply as He is preparing yours." I haven't saved my virginity because of God. I have saved my virginity for fear of getting ill and having pain. Yes, I am waiting for my special person, but not because of God.
Hunter talks about how important it is to acquire how to say "no." Taking on likewise many things is not salubrious. I am 100% guilty on this. Saying "no" is hard for me.

In that location are things she talks about in the book I think are way over the top such as

"Dreaming about sex with another person, male person or female creates the same spiritual harm as actually participating in such activities."

I don't agree with this. I don't tell myself before I fall asleep to not dream about romance and relationship. I tin can't stop my dreams unless I don't ever slumber, but then I will pass out from being exhausted and still dream. I just found these rules in Christianity a niggling over the pinnacle. She explains God will forgive you equally long as you enquire for forgiveness, so if y'all have a romantic dream make sure y'all get on your knees and beg God for forgiveness.

"Without a close human relationship and communication with your heavenly Male parent, yous volition probably have problems with your spouse, the closest person to you with "skin on" as well as other family members and friends."

It is important to pray and seek God for didactics equally to who you will be physical, emotionally, financially and mentally attached to your life.

"God wants you to be open up and friendly to the earth, but be watchful."

If you are married or engaged I would advise reading Love Again, Live Again. If you are a pastor this would exist a slap-up book to give to newlyweds and marriages that are starting to go south. This book is filled with some really great inspirational thought.

Later on ministering and teaching about a "Broken Heart Syndrome" for several years, I discovered that there was an official medical diagnosis by that name. Whatever suspension of the electrical system imbedded in the muscle hinders the heart rhythm and can atomic number 82 to decease or permanent impairment. Unremarkably caused by extreme stress or trauma, which precipitates an excess of stress hormones to circulate throughout the trunk, the resulting chest pain can resemble a serious heart assail.

The diagnosis is fabricated by ruling out a eye attack, which is caused by blocked or complanate cardiac blood vessels. While stents or angioplasty tin treat blocked vessels, in that location is no quick set for a broken heart. Broken Eye Syndrome does not block claret vessels and information technology can sometimes heal within a month or and so. It can be caused past an extreme stressful/traumatic situation such as the death of a loved one, divorce, astringent sudden illness, injury, or farthermost shock.

This is an interesting book for me for several reasons. The author took over the edifice where the church building I went to for eights years use to be. The author also lives very shut to me, simply I take never met her. What is skilful about reading a book like this, is that a reader doesn't have to agree with everything said in the book, only I believe we all can take something good abroad from information technology.

This is an interesting book for me for several reasons. The author took over the building where the church I went to for eights years utilise to be. The author also lives very close to me, but I take never met her. What is good about reading a volume like this, is that a reader doesn't take to agree with everything said in the book, but I believe nosotros all can have something skilful away from information technology.

I did like her talking most walls being built around you when you get injure by someone. I take built my wall so high, not many people can get in. That old nasty word bitterness really tin can cause problems in your life. If y'all add unforgiveness to the mix, well you are in a bit of a pickle. It is very important to heal relationships so yous don't block God out of your life. I have learned over the years like the author speaks near that we can't ready or modify our spouse. What we can do is pray for them and remember that your spouse is not your enemy.

I'm non quite certain I agree with the author'southward number one reason for divorce, which she says is finances. I have always been taught that if you don't communicate with each other, that is the key to a broken marriage. Finances, children or merely almost anything will lead to a fight particularly if y'all don't swallow your pride and talk to each other. With many of her statements throughout the book, I would liked to take seen some kind of facts to back up what she was saying. There are scriptures throughout the volume, only some were in places that didn't chronicle to the subject being discussed. That was a problem for me throughout the volume. If information technology doesn't line upward with what the Bible says, then I won't listen to information technology or follow it.

The author did have some really helpful thoughts on anger. I know I'm guilty of taking my anger out on my married man. I may non be mad at him, but he gets the brunt of my anger. It is true we become aroused over things we are jealous of, did something nosotros knew would cause an argument or just because we happen to be in a bad mood. I loved her question nosotros should ask ourselves, " Am I walking in the honey of the Spirit?"

The book is filled with ways to help safeguard your relationships and heal yous from past hurts. The author does healing ministry which some may not be comfortable with. I did notice some skilful nuggets of wisdom in the book. I don't agree with everything she said, merely I practice think her heart is full of compassion for the hurting . What I would similar to do is go visit ane of her services since I live so shut. I don't think this book is for everyone and it may be difficult to empathise where she is headed in some topics. I capeesh people who share their experiences with others in hopes of helping them overcome obstacles in their lives.

I received a re-create of this volume from Celebrate Lit. The review is my own stance.

"Honey Once more, Live Once again" past Joan Hunter is a book that is supposed to help heal a broken heart and assistance a reader to love and live once again. I agreed with some of the points she fabricated, like nosotros need to tear down our walls in society to dearest and exist loved and we demand to exist close to Our Heavenly Father. At one point, the writer advised people they could break the covenant of marriage that God had ordained by renouncing it. The volume is a short book and can be read in 1 setting. The writer does include prayers to say but this book isn't one that I would recommend to someone that actually needs help in this area. I would recommend parts of the book as a reinforcement on forgiving and tear down the walls around our center.

I really wanted to like this book because we have all been hurt in some form, that is merely life. I idea the volume was going to be about moving on just once once again I felt the book was more nigh having many sexual partners and breaking the connections with them. I agree that each human relationship yous have causes you to lose another piece of your center. But, I feel like the title and the clarification for the book isn't in sync with the title.

I was given a complimentary copy by the author and Gloat Lit. These opinions are myown.

This nonfiction book is geared to encourage readers in their spiritual life. I appreciate its purpose, just I didn't find much unique within its pages to fix it apart from similar self-assist books. Yet I truly found it lacking in a lot of means. I can not necessarily say I agreed with everything I was reading. And more specifically, I found myself struggling to finish the volume.

I practice agree that we can non practise what God has called us to do if nosotros keep a wall around our heart. However, I am not certain the author actually does an excellent job of making those points.

I hold with much of what this author talks most but other stuff she says I take some troubles with. I concord with her proverb that we need to plow our troubles over to God. I take mixed feelings almost this book. The author did make a couple of adept points that I recollect are benign for people, still when she tried to dorsum up this points, I found that I didn't concord with her.
